Superior Hotel Experience

I appreciated the receptionist who upgraded my room due to a view issue. I received a fifth-floor room with A WONDERFUL view and the room was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast stood out with friendly staff, delicious food, and prompt refills.

The staircase design poses a challenge. Without a key, there is no access to floors. excessive hallway noise occurred at 6:30-7am from slamming doors, barking dogs, loud conversations, and maids vacuuming.

the room was clean enough, i guess.

My main issue was the air conditioning. It was loud all night. i had difficulty sleeping because of this constant noise. also, the gym seemed pretty uninspired. It really lacked a variety of equipment, and i found the treadmill unusable, because it required some login i didn't know.
